Delivery estimates shown on our website are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, address issues, or other circumstances outside our control.
A physical street address must be provided when required by the shipping carrier. P.O. boxes may not be accepted for certain shipments.
Customers must provide an accurate shipping address. Where the carrier requires a physical street address, one must be provided.
Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided when available.
Return requests may be made within 14 days of delivery.
Items should be returned with applicable original components and accessories, in the condition required by the full Return & Refund Policy.
Please contact our support team before returning an item so we can confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
For eligible change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return shipping. If a confirmed issue is attributable to us — such as a manufacturing defect, shipping damage, or an incorrect item — and we require the item back, we cover the authorized return shipping.

Your Wiggle Toy includes a 30-Day Limited Quality Guarantee beginning on the date of delivery. It covers qualifying manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal and intended use.
If you experience a qualifying issue within 30 days, contact our support team with your order information, a description of the issue, and photos or video showing the problem when requested.
After we review and approve a covered claim — a manufacturing defect, shipping damage, or an error attributable to us — we cover the authorized return shipping if we require the affected product back, and an approved replacement and its shipping are provided at no charge.
The guarantee does not cover issues caused by accidents or impacts, misuse, improper assembly, unauthorized modifications or repairs, exceeding the weight limit, unsuitable riding surfaces, water or weather exposure, improper charging, normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage that does not affect operation, or commercial use. A replacement does not restart the original 30-day period unless applicable law requires otherwise.
